Ben Simmons finally looks healthier. Still a 200 million dollar paperweight of a contract thanks to him being afraid of scoring but he's doing some of the stuff that made him the number one overall pick again.

Really not sure how the hell pundits thought the Grizzlies were going to get to the top of the standings when Ja is missing at least a quarter of the season. Bane and JJJ are both mostly catch and shoot guys who haven’t shown much self-creation which leaves Marcus Smart and D-Rose as the only guys capable of doing much of anything with the ball in their hands.

Sengun looks huge. He confirmed this off-season that he is now 611 without shoes. He is super talented but his effort on defense is really bad. Seems like he is slower this year. Maybe his conditioning is bad

Timberwolves are in the midst of an all-time choke job against the Hawks. I just saw Big Sawfty take an off-balance fadeaway against a defender five inches shorter than him, rather than post him up.

Watching the Pels Warriors right now. Zion has been a non factor, Steph has been going Kings on them and the bench has been great. Kuminga, Moody, CP, Saric, TJD is a pretty good mix. If they stay healthy this team is a real threat this season.

Timberwolves blew a 19-point first half lead (largest lead 21) to lose by 14. Anthony Edwards had 31 in the loss. Rudy Gobert had 14 on seven shots. Karl-Anthony Towns had 16, on 17 shots.

League tries to enact rules to negate load management. A few days in and they players are already abusing it. Nobody cares. Until the nba gets serious about this, it will continue to happen.

He plays almost exactly identical to Sabonis, a bit uncanny. He's easily ahead of where Sabonis was at as a 21-year-old and I think it would be wrong of the Rockets to assume anyone else is their cornerstone player (JALEN GREEN).
