This Kings lineup is struggling to find someone to make something out of nothing with this lineup. The draw and kick isn't all the effective right now. Keep running the pick and roll.

Duarte looks (just) bad.
Fox's shot looks flat.
We look lost against a team with a new coach.

Need to tame those championship expectations.
Also the Kings didn't really do anything on paper to make them a better matchup for these athletic big wing teams. The Kings 3 ball is still the secret sauce and when the flow comes back we know they can shoot themselves into a contest with anyone.

So Ordinary That It's Truly Quite Extraordinary

its preseason but after a decent first quarter what the heck happened? was it me turning the game on jinx?

I suspect Coach is just fine with this result… brings everyone back down to Earth and helps them become even more coachable as they prepare for the games that matter.

One game of preseason is meaningless
Exactly, but this definitely looks like Brown is going to have to figure something out against the big wing teams since there is even more of them this year. This is just a bigger, more athletic team beasting. The Kings offense is off since they are clearly tired but the defensive issues are purely getting beasted on.
