That's saying almost absolutely nothing, but yes. 
Might want to proviso it with "first round pick" though, because rem that we randomly caught IT with the "Mr. Irrelevant" pick the next year. Could Skal be better than IT? Hey, I was VERY impressed with the skillset I saw in Summer League, and this was a guy projected as having Top 5 pick talent before his disastrous college campaign. So answer = yes, yes he could. But that's very premature until he starts really proving it. Of our first-round guys the only guy he would have to eventually outperform would be Willie.
