Not really. I'd heard it wasn't likely to be finalized until after the 4th (don't remember why) but also because if Charlotte were trying back out I think that would be relatively big NBA news. Draft day deals are pretty much considered binding. Otherwise it would break down all trust between teams.

Bellinelli is still playing with his national team, just using a facemask. There is no reason why this isn't going to go through, should be made official the 7th I believe.

Well, because the trade is in principle only, it hasn't been finalized.
