He got really screwed by the management. They had great thing going on with Dragic, Blesdsoe, Morris brothers and Len. You could feel they were a piece of 2 away from being a good team, but they broke it up.

The Suns with that team were a borderline 8th seed in the playoffs, if anything. They weren't going to get far with that roster because they lack a franchise player. I can understand what the Suns are doing this year though, they have obviously inserted themselves in the Ben Simmons sweepstakes and are trying to make an attempt at landing a top 3 or 5 lottery selection, which they haven't had in a long time.

Nikola Jokic should have been a top 10 pick he reminds me heaps of Marc Gasol.

Mario Chalmers must have been a WWF fan growing up cause he dropped the people's elbow on Sasha Vujacic.

Oy, Tyreke. I wish he could find an answer to the chronic injury issues. He's a special player when he manages to stay on the court, I'd hate to see his career cut short by degenerative joints like so many transcendent players of the past. Sadly it's starting to look like a possibility for him.

what a blow for Tyreke and Marc Gasol....Memphis will probably be on a free fall now. They are still capable of winning without him but maybe they are now willing to make a trade.

He might be heading towards the Brandon Roy path, injuries holding him back of what could have been.

I know this was posted in the personnel forum but Markieff Morris is making sure he doesn't play in the NBA anymore after this season. International basketball might be calling his name, if at all.

Orlando practically gives away Tobias Harris for Brandon Jennings and the expiring of Ilyasova. They must be targeting a big free agent in the off season. Memphis sure likes trading with Miami, don't they? first Chalmers, now Andersen.

Orlando is shipping Frye to the Clips with possibility that it would be Stephenson and probably getting waived right away.
Maybe we could snatch him and drop Anderson in the process.

The old school in me wanted a redo having the bad ass players on a team like we used to have Bonzi and Artest together.

Lillard went bananas on the Warriors tonight with 51...showing he should of been in the All-Star game...Portland always is a tough place to win but damn didn't think they would put a whooping on them

Portland might be the most athletic team in the NBA they literally made the Warriors look unathletic, CJ McCollum is probably there least athletic player in the rotation and he's a decent athlete.

I don't know about all that, but I at least like that big men are getting back in on the action... Cousins and Davis are the first two big men to go for 50 since Kevin Love (if he even counts as a big man) in 2012. If you don't count Love as a big man, then they're the first two to go for 50 since 2005.

in other news, Portland has won 14 out of their last 16 games...this is after losing four starters, a all-star player in LeMarcus and now the 7th seed in the West. They know how to do it right in Portland and it starts with the exceptional front office they have over there.
