With the SL starting in roughly 20-30 mins with Indiana taking on the Heat thought I would make a thread where you can just talk about anything from the 2015 SL since the Kings don't play for nearly another week (where we will have game threads I assume) and there's plenty of other teams and players to discuss.

Josh Richardson will look good in this setting - one man wrecking crew: got to FT line, was all over the floor on D.

Interestingly Nate Wolters is on Clippers SL team: Kidd probably moved firmly into Kendall Marshall camp, so Walters moved on.

#Brandon Dawson despite not being able to hit the rim from anything other than a dunk/lay up probably will make the Clippers roster the guy looks like a Alonzo Gee clone, built like a brickhouse and springs like a kangaroo

#Stanley Johnson looks like a beast physically and showed decent skills

#Turner looked super smooth

The Vegas event has a much more "substantial" feel to it, being held in actual arenas with a decent sized crowd. This Orlando thing feels like a scrimage in practice

#Stanley Johnson first two times I ever watched him and I have been blown away, dude is a super strong guy (only 18/19) and he's got that crafty/shifty dribbling ability Ron Artest had in his Kings/Rockets days he over the first two days has been the stand out player for me. Would not surprise me one bit if he's in the running for ROY (I don't know if the Pistons have another SF?). He looks so poised and plays at his own pace might be one of those why did he get taken so late.

#Willie Reed has been the best big over the first two days just does a bit of everything

#Russ Smith while his stats won't blow you away has been the main guy in getting Memphis there two wins his defense along with effortless ability to drive and dish have really helped them.

#The Tyler Johnson 0.4 ally against the Nets brought back some memories from last season.....

I would btw refer EVERYBODY to this summer league for the stupidity of trading an in prime superstar for draft picks unless you are utterly forced. I can only imagine the panic, the well deserved panic, if we had traded Cousins to the Lakers and gotten back Randle and Russel while Grant bleated out congratulations on the radio. Superstars are very very rare. Draft busts and mediocrities are very very common.

Wish I could like that twice.

But they are just so fresh and exciting on draft night!!!

With 6:34 left in the second quarter of Boston's playoff opener Thursday night, Smart slammed his right hand on the floor after chasing a rebound and dislocated the index and middle fingers on his right hand. The guard immediately started screaming loudly enough to be heard all the way across UNLV's Thomas & Mack Center, and was taken off the court to get worked on by trainer Ed Lacerte.
Ouch. The photo looks...painful.
