I was really displeased with Cuz's play yesterday. The refs always let Cuz get away with the little things, but when they see it too much, that's when they'll call it on him. He does a lot of unnecessary pushing and shoving. Yesterday he should've received a flagrant for his "push" on the player. He grabbed the rebound and basically bucked him. That type of play is unacceptable by Cuz. You hardly see Blake do any of this.

I've never seen Blake shove and push guys because they got under their skin.. he usually answered by blocking their shot or throwing down a huge dunk.. Cuz answers by pushing and shoving. That's the difference between them.

So yes Cuz would've gotten a technical and a nice suspension, but Blake probably did too.
Ask me if I give a crap about Blake.

Is this bingo night at your grandmother's or NBA basketball?

I just wonder if those who complain about stuff like this ever watched guys like KG, Barkley, Shaq, McHale, Ewing, Hakeem, Oakley, Malone, Rodman, among others in their primes or really at all.

I agre, Cuz was doing a lot of excessive and unnecessary shoving, pushing, aggressive behavior such as mini swings, etc.. Not a bright sign for the season coming up. Worry that he won't control it enough to stay on the floor.

I hope that is a joke. A couple of my personal favorites from the guy that "never pushes/shoves anyone" and apparently is never involved in anything.

There is more out there than that. Blake Griffin pisses everyone off on the court because of his on court dramatics and acting, usually getting the other play in quite a bit of trouble while he manages to walk away either completely unscathed or at the worst, a technical. He's a wuss that plays it up, which is why many don't like him. There is a 10 min clip on just that very topic. He's talented, no doubt, but he has done plenty of shoving/pushing

I hope you know this is a new era of basketball. The game isn't the same... if you don't know how to adjust to the game, then you shouldn't play. Cuz just has to cool it down. Cuz plays dirty more than physical.

I see your point, but Cuz is probably worse than Griffin. Cuz only shows up and tries to bully weaker opponents who we all know he can dominant. The broadcasting crew called out Cousins for trying to show off and bully the guy which resulted in him failing anyways. You hardly see Cuz pushing and playing dirty against guys like Duncan, Howard, LMA, and etc.

I could find a ton of videos of Cuz straight up playing dirty.. they're on youtube.

I want Cuz to be like Griffin more. When Griffin gets fouled hard, a majority of the time he answers by playing hard. When Cuz gets fouled hard, a majority of the time he answers by retaliating. That's the difference between the two players.

Cuz is my favorite player on the Kings. I've always defended him, but I really want to see his attitude improve. From watching USA Basketball and the preseason, he looks the same.. I hope once the regular season starts, we'll see more improvement from him.

It's all in the eye of the beholder as they say. I am not supporting the past behavior of Cousins or any inappropriate behavior from him now (on or off the court). I don't like it when he sulks or gets frustrated when he misses his first few shots or when he gets called for reach in fouls. He has a tendency to start getting pushy with other players when he starts the game poorly. However, a good coach can rectify this with a pep talk in a timeout "Cuz get your head out of your *** and back in the game." Something like that. Cousins has stood up to Chris Paul (darling of the NBA), has gotten into it with Rondo, and with other high profile players as well. He is the one that would stand up to a Duncan or a Howard. Blake, in my mind, would never "fight with Cousins," because I think Blake knows that Cuz doesn't put up with no funny business.

That being said, Cuz does need to learn to channel all this negativity he receives on the court into demolishing his opponents, instead of getting himself, and therefore the team, into trouble. I do think he has taken the necessary steps into doing just that, but action on the court will prove it. Your problem with Cuz is he tries to get even (retaliates), which is childish. However, I still think all the stuff Griffin does is far more infuriating to players than whatever Cousins does.

I think every other team in the NBA hates the Clippers I have never seen as many fake tough guy scum on one team in my entire life. They all act tough on alley hoop's and open spoon feed dunks but when it comes to playoffs there superstars like CP3 (chocked super hard vs the Thunder) and Blake/DJ in particular just get exposed. Than add to it JJ Reddick and Matt Barnes and it's no wonder so many teams hand out hard fouls on them.

They are a exciting super unlikeable team

Hassan Whiteside still surviving on the Grizzlies bench. In 9 minutes of action tonight, he came up with 9 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 blocks as the Memphis Grizzlies continue their secondary prerogative of rehabilitating our stupid players into viable NBA talent.

He also got pretty darn fat since his Kings days.

Hey guys, apparently I'm a Bucks fan.
http://www.nba.com/bucks/ultimatefansquad

Uh, what genius in Bucks/NBA marketing decided to take a photo of a soccer club in Portland's supporters to attract Bucks "superfans"? Did the Maloofs buy into that team?
Well when your fanbase has been as lethargic as the Bucks' has over the last few seasons, I suppose there are few options but to just use a picture of the fanbase from a city several thousand miles away for an entirely different sport.

# Derrick Rose really put it on the Cavs and Irving in particular while he was in the game, Irving had to wait till Rose went to the bench to take out his frustration on Aaron Brooks a guy who made IT look good on D while here in Sacramento.

#Greek Freak looks like he will be the best player out of his draft class via landslide the dude has insane ability, OJ Mayo has lost a lot of weight I reckon the Bucks fully healthy can sneak into a 8th seed they got a lot of guys that can actually play.

I doubt it. Antetekuompo is a stud, and Parker is probably going to be good, too, but I still don't think that Milwaukee is as good as a healthy Atlanta team, and passing them is likely the only chance they have at getting in.

Assuming health Altlanta to me is way better than Toronto and the Wizards (who everyone assumes are top 4-5 in the East, the trio of Teague/Milsap/Horford combined with the shooting of Korver and DeMar Caroll is something nice, they also imo have one of the best coaches in the NBA in coach Bud and there ball movement was great with him as coach. I think it all depends on Horfords health and if "playoff" Jeff Teague shows up. A healthy Atlanta team is much better than a 8th seed imo.

Them and Miami are getting slept on both have good veteran starting line ups that are battle hardened it all comes down to health for both those teams.

You win the entire thread for spelling this guy's name correctly.

No way. The Wizards might be the third-best team in the east; they have the best backcourt, and the second-best frontcourt.

I think it's as simple as them wanting to find a crowd shot with fans in the appropriate colors. Which one is you, BTW?
Apparently they did it elsewhere with Sporting KC and a German football club as well (SKC wears blue, not sure about the Germans).

I didn't really check to see if I'm in the pic. I've started sitting in the back row of the stadium for a lot of matches but for most of the last 4 years I was always in the front four or five rows. Too many mid-day games in high heat this year made the idea of getting to the stadium early unappealing. Back row I can roll in 10 minutes before kickoff.
