I'm surprised you haven't jumped in yet. It's actually a pretty interesting dynamic with which to gauge whether or not your opinions of your fellow posters is backed up by their tastes in things like movies, TV shows, CARS (which was a draft I had last year that was a lot of fun), etc.
It's sure better than the endless discussion of video game-type trades, IMHO.

Miss. toddler, 2, helps mom give birth to brother
The Associated Press
OLIVE BRANCH, Miss. — A 2-year-old in north Mississippi has done something few toddlers can: He helped his mother give birth to his brother. Bobbye Favazza told The Commercial Appeal she went into labor this past Friday and gave birth on the family's living room couch in Olive Branch. She said her toddler, Jeremiha Taylor, got her a towel and caught the baby before firefighters arrived to cut the umbilical cord.

Conan O'Brien had Heidi Montag and her scum bag boyfriend on his show tonight. It was the first time the guest were booed in the opening introductions of the show, and they deserved it.
These people are at the bottom of the totem pole, Paris Hilton is the top of. It was the most awkward interview I've ever seen. With the dbag boyfriend pumping up his ego saying he is going to legally change his name to king and Conan just looking at him like he is stupid and this was a bad idea of having them as guest. The audience just booed the entire time and laughed at their stupid these people are.
-- and in the ending of the show when Conan and the celebrities mingle, they were iced out by. Hilarious stuff.

Whether you believe you can do a thing or not, you are right. - Henry Ford.
Using no way as a way, no limitations as a limitation. - Bruce Lee.
"No longer a freeloader."
"No longer a moocher" is an acceptable variant. And, that way, you could also choose an avatar of Cab Calloway, who was awesome, pretty much ninety-nine percent of the time.

National Weather Service is predicting that we'll get snow in SacTown. Been a number of years since I've seen any here.

If memory serves, the last time the Sacramento area had significant snow was the year the Kings came to Sacramento - 1985.

I warn you, this is black humor at its blackest. Some will find this offensive, but I think it's pretty funny.
Entire Clippers Team Killed
My favorite Sacramento snow day was in December 1972. That was the coldest winter I can remember. I was a senior at Sac State and for days, puddles stayed frozen all day.
Anyway, I took my high-school-age brother over to campus to watch the Christmas tree lighting. They lit up the tree, the school choir started siging....and snow started to fall quite heavily. It didn't really stick for long, but it was perfect!![]()
