If ever there was a game built for IT, that is the one. I do think they are getting sillier every year though. Pretty soon both teams will be shooting 75% which just becomes an actual layup drill. I don't have organized thoughts as to how, but they really need to put just a little meaning into them somehow, someway, to try to maintain some sembalnce of real basketball. Maybe they could at least bribe the audience into caring a little by assigning each half of the arena a team, and giving them free tacos if their side won or something.

They also need to stop Shaq from ever having any part in drafting one of those teams ever again.

Hope he had fun! Don't doubt he was a great ambassador for the team out there.

Outside of the 2 minute highlight package on YouTube i won't be watching, just prefer watching competitive ball rather than this kind of thing.

    Great for him!

I think was the worst one I have seen when it comes to trying to make it anything like a game. Was entertaining enough for me to watch, but a bit silly with how little defense they played. A bit more and it makes the game more enjoyable in my opinion. I think it would be pretty fun to watch a half court 3-3 with the rising star group. Break them up into in a few different teams and make it a tournament style with something like first to 11 single elimination. Would most likely be more competitive and give them some more bragging rights to help motivate.

You mean one where you don't have to play defense, nobody sets screens on you, speed is everything and you get to jack up as many shots as you want, any time you want, from wherever you want? Yes. I actually felt a little sorry for Vucevic, who was trying to post up his defender and you know ... doing what a big man should actually do. Also did not know that Vucevic grabbed 29 rebounds in a game earlier this season!

Really? IT even catches heat on all star weekend lol.

These games are for guards to mess around and throw up threes and lobs.

Exactly why i don't watch it.

If IT wanted to be selfish and showoff like Irving/Knight were doing in the 4th quarter, he could have really impressed some people

IT is such a great ambassador for the Kings. He looks like he's always having fun when he plays. Hopefully everything works out for this team to have a great coach and front office so the rest of the team can look as enthused as IT does when they are playing for a winning organization.

If thats true, then why bother having a center and a PF on the floor. Lets just put 5 guards out there on each team and let them jack up shots. If they want a true competition, then give each player on the winning team 20 thousand dollars, and the losing teams members have to serve hotdogs to the audience.

Winners do get paid. It just happens to be a drop in the bucket when your make millions per year.

“Sacramento is where I want to be,’’ he said. “I want to bring the organization back, help the organization get started back winning. I love the city of Sacramento. That’s where I want to be. End of story. “We can dig a hole, throw that topic in there, cover it with dirt, pack it down. I want to be in Sacramento. End of story.’’ -DeMarcus Cousins

Our franchise literally is about to rise from the ashes.

Oh, it's easy how to fix it. Money. 100K to each of the winners.
