    Kings @ Nuggets, 1/26/13

So in the past two games, we have lost to both the best team in our conference and the worst team in our conference by ten points. To follow it up, we've got an absolutely killer six game road trip. Things could get ugly folks.

Given that we honored the Sacramento potential bidders with a whale theme 2 games ago, perhaps we honor Hansen-Ballmer with our next loss - "fun facts about leeches." There is an off-chance that our next loss could be tonight.

There is no reason the Kings should win this game. That is why I think they will, lol.

The pressure is off for this game. No one expects them to win or play a good game so ........ Who knows. Maybe they're tired of playing lousy, will slip up and play a good one. Dial in.

How the hell are the Nuggets 26-18? It just goes to show you what a good owner, GM, and coach can accomplish.

Especially after losing Melo and Nene plus Birdman, etc.
"I want the community to know that we're going to fight like crazy to get to where we need to be."

What's the difference between ignorance and indifference? I don't know and don't care.

My problem with this low expectation approach is that it doesn't make the game interesting. We have been told that Smart will not be fired and with an impending sale, no trades will be made as I am sure the new owner will want the "joy" of reconstructing the team. So we have half a season of boredom to put up with. Last night I had a time where i just gave up. I guess all we can hope for is a spectacular game by one of our players. I'll hang in for at least a half.
    Upwards and onwards.

They have two of the better all round SG/SF's in Gallo and Iggy, a hustle monster in Faried, and maybe the best PG combo in the NBA other than Curry/Jack in Lawson/Miller as well as a freak athlete C athlete and Koufos who is one of the best without the ball and finishing around the rim. You add to that Brewer and Wilson Chandler and they are probably one of the best teams that does not have a superstar.

They have everything you said but they also have a very talented playing roster, for them to be 26-18 is where they expected to be playin so many road games early so I don't get the suprise as why they are 26-18?

Sign of a bad coach is when not a single player under you looks confident. But that's what happens when roles aren't defined and no one knows what to expect. But just about everyone other than Salmons looks confused, hesitant and unsure of what they should do.

“Sacramento is where I want to be,’’ he said. “I want to bring the organization back, help the organization get started back winning. I love the city of Sacramento. That’s where I want to be. End of story. “We can dig a hole, throw that topic in there, cover it with dirt, pack it down. I want to be in Sacramento. End of story.’’ -DeMarcus Cousins

Our franchise literally is about to rise from the ashes.

For the first time that I can remember, I turned a Kings game off. If they come back and win, I will be happy, but I wont be watching it.

Reke comes out so early at the 430 min mark. MT comes in and gets the ball stolen by AI. Awesome coaching.

It is very difficult to have interest in a team when the team does not seem to be interested in playing. AND .... as this disinterest manifested itself very early in the game, why not substitute and see if he can find guys who want to play basketball tonight?
    Upwards and onwards.

At 35-15 I'm starting to hope it gets bad enough tonight Smart gets canned. Didn't appear our starters want to play for this guy. Especially after his atrocious coaching last night. Is early though.
