But he brought Smart cookies this morning at shoot around. Needs to be rewarded.

“Sacramento is where I want to be,’’ he said. “I want to bring the organization back, help the organization get started back winning. I love the city of Sacramento. That’s where I want to be. End of story. “We can dig a hole, throw that topic in there, cover it with dirt, pack it down. I want to be in Sacramento. End of story.’’ -DeMarcus Cousins

So I guess the coach is just going to pretend that all that stuff he said about sticking with small rotations never happened

That half hook is a beautiful sight to see. With Cousins quickness, shotblockers won't have time to defend it properly

A smart coach would probably try a Cuz/T-Rob/JJ/Reke/Jimmer line-up at some point. A smart coach.

    Arrow

JJ and Trob were by far the most important guys for us. There energy and defense changed the entire game. Doesn't hurt to get 17 points on 10 shots as a bonus from them as well

Not many people can get sued for false advertising over their last name.

why does floor spacing and ball movement seem to improve dramatically when Jimmer is in the game? just saying

That was an interesting lineup out there. Outlaw played well in his minutes and his ability to stretch the floor provides space for Tyreke to cut to the basket. Very good defense from Evans in the 1st half. They credited him with only 1 block but I think he got his hands on a lot more than that, or at least made some very good challenges. I liked that hook from Cuz and the two man game of Cuz and Reke. Loved TRob's effort and was very very impressed by his quickness with the ball - something I hadn't seen prior to this. Thornton did his job providing scoring off the bench. JJ also playing very well on both ends, and nice to see Jimmer get some playing time.

Overall it was a good half and my only complaint is that Smart took as long as he did to put Evans back in for Brooks or MT.

Cause IT, Brooks, and MT are all horrible lil ballhogs. Those three are making a Jimmer fan of me, and I hated Jimmer.

Defense would be excellent but we may struggle a little offensively as T-Rob doesn't have a respectable outside game yet. That's essentially a 1 consistent shooter line up.

JJ, TRob and Tyreke would be the center of a good defensive team. And then Salmons is pretty good. That an bring about a cultural change. It just takes TRob and JJ some time to meld in better with the team. Now get us the big shot blocker and we would be very strong defensively.
    Upwards and onwards.

I disagree. Reke and JJ may not be great outside shooters, but you can't play 10 feet off them anymore like you could at the beginning of the year. That's all we need them to be able to do with that sort of lineup

We look SO MUCH better when it is Jimmer in there with Tyreke. It actually looks like a team working together and playing properly.

I think it's interesting that you don't call Jimmer a ball hog because he is such a shooter. I happen to agree with you. You can see that he is looking for the best shot and that shot might be him. The other three seem most interested in finding a way to get off their shot and if they can't find it, they pass. Now I suppose I will be corrected in that PGs now are meant to be shoot first in modern days. Whether that's a league wide phenomena or not, I don't think it fits with our team. Somehow Tyreke and Cuz need to get some shots.
    Upwards and onwards.

I wonder what the ceiling is with Johnson. He's got the D, and he's got the handle. The outside shot seems to be improving. It just seems like he needs to have a little bit better judgement on what to do out there on the floor.
