BOOM! goes the dynamite.
Thanks for the great post

Very well thought out header! Conceptional, Succinct, Intriging, and to the point.
Its hard to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person.
Hard work beats talent, when talent doesn't work hard.
Yes we do bad coaching leads to bad play on the floor not maturity from the owners on down.
What's sad is, as bad as we are there are 5 teams worse than the Kings at the moment. Although the Kings seem bound and determined right now to rectify that with a battle for last place.
I have faith the league owners will stand behind Sacramento.
We could still get the 8th seed ahead of the Lakers
This was what was getting me excited about our games again when we started winning a few. But now reality has hit me again and I highly doubt we will sniff the playoffs or even be in the race for the 8th seed. Would be nice to have a positive target to cheer for for once in ... a gabillion years. Lately all I've been cheering for is for Smart to get fired and Maloofs to sell.
But the NEXT draft pick could save us.... right? Right??? The answer is our players suck right?
/sarc
We have done that song and dance a few times now and it doesn't mean wins with the system our players play in and the coaches decisions. Our players don't get better because they are here they get better only inspite of being here or not at all.
Actually I think it has worked well. If you take JT as the oldest of the draft rebuild, we have JT, Jimmer, Tyreke, Cousins, IT, MT, TRob, JJ and even Tyler if you want to throw him in. That's 9 guys built through the draft and trade who are all too young to have their **** together yet show future. There is some ability to predict what a team untouched with these guys could look like in 4 years. You would have the all world cry baby at center, JT the solid partner with TRob as the third big. You have JJ as a SF who is somewhat like TRob but we'll see how that sorts out. We have Tyreke as a great guard if he was allowed to play guard and we have IT and Jimmer.
If you look back over many people's notes, the people that are on the outs so to speak are Outlaw, Hayes, Garcia, and sometimes Salmons although Salmons is an integral part of the team and as much of a leader as this team has. That's 10 guys. Their only problem, other than Smart, is that they are inexperienced. I don't think it is an accident that the oldest of this young crowd, JT, is the most consistent. If half the others develop like he is, we aren't a bad team.
Upwards and onwards.
I'm pretty sure this is a fact kings fans have known and coped with for awhile now. But we still love our team.
well, yes, of course. I meant the situation now, compared to a few years ago, lets say the before Tyreke draft. back when things were just basically in limbo/purgatory and there was basically nothing to build your hope on. these days there is clearly a lot of talent on the team, how ever mismatched and mismanaged it may be. yet there is this massive cloud of possible relocation with the possible silver lining of the Maloofs selling to someone in Sac and the Kings staying indefinitely.
I would sell my soul for a soul worth keeping.
