Agreed. Another major key in slowing down a running fast-break team is to hit shots. The Kings have not done so thus far.

Interesting name drop from KJ on the Miami broadcast. He's buttering up Micky Arison (Heat owner) .. the politician doing his thing. Gotta get those BOG votes.

We've played poorly. Players bear some of the responsibility for this. But, our lineups and rotations from the start have been terrible. Absolutely terrible. Smart is in way over his head. Worst lineups and rotations in a while, and what makes it worse is Smart basically conceding the defensive end before the game.

“Sacramento is where I want to be,’’ he said. “I want to bring the organization back, help the organization get started back winning. I love the city of Sacramento. That’s where I want to be. End of story. “We can dig a hole, throw that topic in there, cover it with dirt, pack it down. I want to be in Sacramento. End of story.’’ -DeMarcus Cousins

We need to stop playing 12 guys a night. Stick to a damn rotation.

Miami is incredible. Who do you stop? If you focus your defense on LeBron/Wade/Bosh you're leaving some of the best 3pt shooters in the NBA wide open.

Guard the 3 point shooters!!!!!!!!!! Jesus does this coach do any scouting?

Could have at least tried JJ on Lebron and Reke on Wade. Brooks is the best defender out of he, IT and Jimmer, so see if he can slow down the Mia PG's who've abused both IT and Jimmer.

MT at the 2 and Reke at the 3 with IT getting abused was never going to work. It wasn't even worth trying.

  17. #77
IT and Ferdette are playing some awful defense.
I will always be a Kings fan, even after the day they die.

its the same stuff we saw last season. But it was caused by roster imbalance and won't happen this year... quack quack?

  19. #79
Pretty much pitiful at everything. Nice to see Jimmer and Trob have success on offense. Other than that, utter crap from everyone

If anyone needed any proof that the Maloofs have become cheap penny pinchers, look no further than the fact that Keith Smart is not only still the coach but got an extension some time ago.
