Because I know what kind of player he can be if he's given the proper minutes to develop. I invested a lot of time into watching him dominate at Kansas last year and am confident he can translate those skills to the NBA. If it takes longer than 30 games, so be it! A few of you here are incredibly short-sighted with the young talent we have on this roster

Young talent fails to show me anything special. Has not rebounded well, has not defended well, has not passed well, has not shot well, has not finished around the rim well, has not set screens well, has not dribbled well. Why ... he hasn't even hustled well for most of the season. But apparently he's a great talent that should be getting more than 20 minutes a game every night just so that he can display more of these phenomenal skills? How bout he shows me some skills first and then we can give him more minutes. Even Jimmer who struggled so much last season had some games where you could see what a good scorer he could be once he got used to the NBA and continued developing.

Again, one of the best college rebounders in nation. Now: 10th in rpg among ROOKIES, and alot of that is coming in garbage time. If we take say per 30 or something he still would only be about 7th or 8th at best.

This isn't about giving up on him - I just don't see how he deserves playing time any more than Jimmer did last season. And to be quite honest Jimmer showed me far more flashes of talent last season than I've seen from TRob thus far.

I sometimes think people should quite watching college basketball entirely. Just yields so many false positives. Which is of course why the draft is always such an adventure.

Lot to give up on our end -- Pryz is done, and Daly will be a FA, and if he did not like us once...

Other problem is that with both Jennings/Ellis very hard to see what the Bucks would do with Thornton. Not every team is as dim as we are stacking up shot happy chucking types.

I remain very much interested in the spare shotblockers Milwaulkee has accumulated, but finding a deal that makes sense both ways is a challenge.

    Where is the Birdman?

Why not sign him for ten days and see what he can still do or cannot do.

What about that big fella in Denver Timmothy Mozgov they barley use him with Koufus/Farried and Magee getting all the mins, the guy fouls a bit but hes huge and tries real hard on D and has a fairly decent mid range jumper hed be a massive upgrade over Hayes and hes a legit 7'0 and can bang down low with anyone.

Had to vote for all the anove in poll. They are the bench. They have to perform if winning is to continue.

When Tyreke comes bac would seem he comes off the bench to get rid of the rust and gradually increase minutes during the coming 5-game homestand. So see IT-Salmons-Cisco starting with Tyreke-JJ-Jimmer-Brooks-Hayes as bench. Then Tyreke goes with IT with Salmons moving over to the 3.

The big fella in Denver's Timmothy Mozgov is Blake Griffin :-)

BTW, his actual name is Timofey Mozgov.

How can you give DMC an A- when he played ZERO defense, cussed a teammate out, and was on the losing side of a blowout? I realize the stats were stellar but IMO he shouldn't be higher than a B.

I don't think his defense was that bad. Yeah he had some poor defensive possessions, but those shouldn't define his entire defensive rating. He was doing well in the post. They weren't really able to back him down. I like what I have seen out of Cousins defensively as of late. He isn't biting on many fakes he's simply standing there forcing his matchup to either go through his 270 pound frame or over his 7'6" wingspan. Since he has been more tamed on the defensive side, we have seen his fouls decrease as well.

Yeah, Brick! How can you give DMC an A- when LWP777 doesn't like him! 28/11 doesn't mean anything when you're not teacher's pet, y'know.

Seriously though, DMC has reached a level where 28/11 might mean a "B" grade. Last night was one of those occasions. Any time he gets into it with a teammate, a coach, or an announcer he automatically cannot receive any "A" grade.

You can't be the teams best offensive player and the teams best defensive player. DMC has many nights where his points total looks good but he played and bad offensive game. Last night wasn't one of them. He was an offensive beast last night.

I don't disagree. He was fantastic on the offensive end. However, he played very poor defense, yelled at a teammate, and the Kings were blown out. Hence my grade of "B" for him.

Saying "Pass the effing ball" is not cussing someone out. It's expressing frustration in the vernacular of his peers. You really need to step back and try to be a bit more objective.
