I was hoping for Jimmer's story again!
The second unit runs so much better when Jimmer plays, our gaurds not giving the ball to Cousins killed our lead. Jacking up jumpers with 20 seconds on the shot clock is just plain stupid. Kings will lose this game and can only blame themselves

The second unit is bad at scoring. Like REALLY bad. They scored 5 points if my math is correct during that second quarter in about 30 minutes. 3/4 from free throws and one field goal from Marcus. So 13 shots and 4 free throws got them 5 points while playing half of ~50% of the minutes in the second quarter.
Why would he start now?

No idea, I think Jimmer helps Marcus more than IT does. He definitely draws more attention from the defense which will let Marcus have a bit more breathing space. As it is now he is the only one of the five players during that 6 minute span in the second that the other team has to worry about AT ALL.
What's funny is Smart saying he won't play Reke more because he's afraid of empty mins, yet he regularly leaves our bench out there when they're doing the exact same thing.
