Last night he actually put Reke at PG next to Thornton and it worked! They were running offense through Hayes and the Kings went up. They stopped playing that way and the lead went fast. They need to start the offense with Cousins as a facilitator and Reke next to Thornton. Cutting off the ball will help the shooting woes and give Reke more chances offensively than just looking at a wall of defense or open air when he's stranded at the 3 point line. Yep, not looking like that SG everyone thought he'd be is he.
Go back and watch why we stopped playing that way See who was handling the ball/ missing shots.

Why? Because you say so? Sorry, but your word doesn't cut it. Instead of just throwing a blanket statement out there, how about providing some supporting evidence why Cousins value is over-inflated on this board? Is there a "Cousins for MVP" thread around here that I missed?
Quit crying and come out of your huge denial about Cousins and the rest of this garbage team.

Yeah, I just heard that on my way back from the gym, where my pickup team ran a better offense than we did last night.

But, it did sound a whole lot like Westy. Said something along the lines of, "I started telling the guys we just need to finish shots, we're missing shots and have to make them. Our guys just have to make plays."

That exactly the crap Westy used to say. We jsut need to hit shots and guys need to make plays. Well coach, run some plays and put together an offense which gets our guys better looks. Quit drawing up iso's for role players over go to players. Quit telling everyone they have a green light.

It's just like Westy. No real offense, everyone doing their own thing, and he just says guys need to make plays and make shots. Actually, I still maintain we ran a better half court offense under Westy, as bad as he was.

End of story. “We can dig a hole, throw that topic in there, cover it with dirt, pack it down. I want to be in Sacramento. End of story.’’ -DeMarcus Cousins

Our franchise literally is about to rise from the ashes.
