    If dude could get a reliable jumpshot, he would be useful to the team.

    Did we send him twice last year?

    Anyway, I think it was mentioned that this would happen earlier in the preseason, so it's not a big surprise.

    Actually, he has a decent jumpshot. He shot around 36% from the three at UCLA. His biggest problem is his lack of strength, and apparently every time he tries to put on weight, his small frame has difficulty supporting it. He was a very good defensive player in college, averaging 2 blocked shots a game on year. But around the basket he gets pushed around, and it will only be worse in the NBA.

    His deal now is that he has to prove he's capable of playing in the NBA, and everytime he gets ready to do that, he reinjures himself. He's an extremely good athlete. He just needs to stay healthy.

    ^i read that he was eligible to play last night and would be reporting to Reno friday, i dont think the Salmons thing was part of it
