I personally consider 5-cat leagues to be inferior, so in an 8+ cat league, turnovers (and often, other "negative" statistics) become a factor. In such leagues, you have certain players who giveth... and also taketh away.
Take Antoine Walker for example; his line for the night against Cleveland was 17 points (on 8/16 shooting), 9 reb, 5 ast, 3 stl and 2 blk... but, he also gave you 7 to, and shot 0-2 from the line. Christie's another example of giveth and taketh away: 13 pts (on 5/9 shooting), 5 reb, 6 ast and 3 stl... but also accompanied by 7 to.
